IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS THAT NON-PROFIT FANTASY FARMS HAS LOST ITS CURRENT FOUNDER AND BOARD PRESIDENT, FRANK BARKER ON JULY 30, 2021.
Frank and his wife, Daryl who preceded him on November 7, 2019, had an incredible impact in developing Fantasy Farms into a highly regarded animal preserve. Their life was filled with travel to exotic parts of the world and a love of wildlife that is reflected in the animals and tropical plants that make Fantasy Farms so unique.
Philanthropy was also part of the Barkers' way to give back from their life's journey. They were patrons and honorees of Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, supporters of various charitable organizations and other animal rescue preserves Frank was president of Focus Cummer, now called Cummer of the Beaches, and served on the museum's board. He was an inspired leader and helped so many others along the way. Fantasy Farms and all who have been a part of the Fantasy Farms family and friends will miss these two very beloved people.

Fantasy Farms is ready to accept your booking requests for special events whether it be a small, intimate celebration or a large corporate gathering. Planning your anniversary, birthday, rehearsal dinner, reunion or just a gathering of friends in our unique facility will be a much anticipated event. We want to assure you that we have all the safety practices in place for your peace of mind. As you enjoy strolling through the farm, the exotic and domestic animals, American memorabilia, classic car barn, and tropical plants will amuse and delight you and your guests. Our support services will help you plan a memorable event under the stars or in our open air covered patio. Not only will you have a party to remember, but you will have the satisfaction knowing that the proceeds will go towards maintaining and caring for our much-loved animals.

Welcome to Fantasy Farms, an original non-profit event space in North Florida. For years this has been a privately kept secret where the mantra above the door says quite simply, “if you didn’t know about it, you weren’t supposed to.”
